This summer program of training and ministry is designed for younger teens (ages 13-14) to experience the exciting joy of reaching boys and girls for Christ. After successfully completing this training, you will potentially be able to help in 5-Day Clubs® in Michigan.

We had 42 students attend SMA in 2009. The students talked to 158 children and adults during Open Air and 35 decisions were made!

The 2010 dates for SMA training are June 26 - July 2. To attend this training, you must be turning 13 by May 31, 2010.

The two reference pages are to be filled out by a non-relative pastor or church leader and a non-relative adult. Those can be mailed in separately. Pages 10-15 are the Child Protection Policy papers, along with the CEF Confidential Screening Form, the Background Check Authorization, the CEF Statement of Faith, the Doctrinal Protection Policy and the CEF Worker's Compliance Agreement.

The Background Check Authorization form has a phone number listed on it which you must call before you sign if you have not viewed the "Protecting Today's Child" presentation.
