Fairs and Festivals

Many opportunities to share the Gospel are available at county fairs and local festivals throughout Michigan. Many Child Evangelism Fellowship® workers rent a tent or booth space to tell evangelistic object lessons and Bible stories to boys and girls. Some even do face painting as a way of presenting the message of salvation.

CEF of Michigan was involved in 43 fairs and festivals over the 2008 summer season. During those fairs, 14,632 people heard the gospel and there were 1,031 professions of faith.

People needed at these fun events are those who can organize, hand out tickets, tell lessons, paint, etc. Training is available to help you reach the children at these special places. Go to a fair or festival this summer!
